Why should I be there?This Bachata D1 course is designed for dancers who are already familiar with the basics of bachata and want to further develop their skills and diversify their dance techniques.

What's it all about?This course focuses on body movement, variations of basic steps to keep the dance dynamic, different techniques and new combinations. You will further develop your skills and diversify your dance techniques.

Jordi

Jordi’s sensual bachata journey began in 2017. After performing in several choreographies, his curiosity and drive to master the foundations took off, leading him to dive deep into the fundamentals, training with top international instructors. He started teaching in 2020, initially with Noora Ohvanainen, earning praise for their clear and engaging style at events like Bachata Gala and Underground XXL. Later Jordi teamed up with Elli. And now they teach at Dance Social, sharing their passion and dynamic energy with us.

Elli

Elli has been dancing bachata for six years. Over the years she has trained through private lessons, international festivals, stage performances, and a six‑month period in Barcelona that took her dancing to a new level.

A year ago, she started teaching together with Jordi. Her classes focus on creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere where everyone can enjoy the music, feel confident on the dance floor, and grow together step by step.

During the Trial Class You Will

Learn musicality & new combinations. Enrich your dance musicality with new moves that you can use in your social dancing. You will learn more complex movements and musical expression to make their dance more enjoyable and fun.
Work on basic steps techniques, body coordination and rhythm. Master your base.
Work our on leading and following techniques and enhancing the fluidity and connection between partners.
